MCD‘s working areas are the habitat of impoverished communities inside and around natural reserves, national parks, Coastal conservations and atmosphere reserves with ocean component according to national prioritization. MCD work in the areas where there are typical ecosystems of the wetlands in the Red River Delta, Mekong Delta, central coast and coastal islands.
At the present, MCD focuses òn provinces including Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa and Ca Mau.
